Rescheduling & cancellation
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so the slot can be offered to another patient. Repeated no-shows may require a booking deposit for future appointments.
Treatment packages
Packages are personalised after medical assessment. Unused sessions in a package may be rescheduled; refunds for unused sessions are considered on a case-by-case medical basis, less the value of sessions already taken.
Refunds
As with all medical services, fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable. If you have any concern about your care, please contact the clinic directly — we take every concern seriously.
